Playlist: Vision

Vision

-“One Vision,” Queen: This song is all about making a difference in the world. The singer is focused on one thing, and that is making the world a better place for all. The song even references Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech.

-“Be Thou My Vision,” Jars of Clay: This song is a classic Irish hymn. It is a Christian prayer to have God be their focus throughout the day. Christians are called to follow God and keep their focus on Him.

-“See You Again,” Carrie Underwood: This song is about saying goodbye to someone but knowing that you will see them in the future. Goodbyes can be difficult, but this song gives hope that even if you do not see someone again in this life, there is an afterlife where you may meet.

-“Long Time No See Ya,” Cheap Trick: This song is off Cheap Trick’s latest album. It is about reuniting with someone you have not seen in a while. The song is catchy and holds true to Cheap Trick’s rock style.

-“See You Tonight,” Scotty McCreery: This song is a love song about wanting to see someone you have not seen in a while. Talking on the phone or long distance gets tedious and does not satisfy the longing of being with someone you love.
